This two-part lecture covers topics of a psychology of work, organizations, and economies. Part I of this two-semester lecture focuses on work psychology. Topics of the lecture are, for example, the scope and history of a psychology of work and organizations, regulation of work activities, industrial safety, work analysis, work and health, stress and burnout, work motivation and job satisfaction, work and emotion, work and age, life-domain balance, work design.
