Students are able to reflect on the research methods of their own discipline; they feel the rules of good scientific practice committed, are open to a critical evaluation of their research results and know how to let the won in open discourse incorporate findings in their research.
Students are able to create a concept of the thesis and present. The textualization the concept takes the form of an exposé.

Teaching the rules of good scientific practice, in particular as regards scientific honesty, self-critical attitude towards scientific results obtained and openness for critical review;
Students work in the dissertation topic, build a concept of their work and present it in plenary in the presence of supervisors or supervisor. The concept is presented in a dissertation exposé which shall be signed by the supervisors or mentors and consists of the content description of the dissertation and a description of the intended procedure (research methods, literature and schedule to absolvierender LV-canon).
