Students are enabled to understand and evaluate the scientific questions and aims of an archaeological excavation. They are able to independently head smaller sections of an excavation site.
Introduction to practical excavation and field research
Active involvement of the students in the most important processes of a modern scientific archaeological excavation
Continuous assessment through participation

The excavation will take place in September 2024 (28 days) and is only valid in combination with 640152 (UE 1).
