Contextual-networked thinking and analysis-based actions in the field of regional development and energy provision

Contents:

Using Tyrol as a case study, we will look at the different forms of energy production, distribution and consumption. The focus is on potentials and obstacles to socio-ecological transformation, decentralisation and paths of endogenous regional development, which are critically examined with the help of theoretical-conceptual perspectives from the fields of post-growth geographies, human-technology-environment research and environmental justice, and then empirically examined for their sustainability.
