Knowledge of philosophical and moral psychological foundations of business ethics, knowledge of psychological models of moral/ethical behavior in work, organizations and economy, and practical implications.
The lecture deals - from a psychological perspective - with questions of ethical and unethical behavior as well as justice and injustice in the world of work and in economy. Moreover, philosophical and moral psychological basics will be discussed. Practical implications and applications of ethical work and ethical businesses will also be presented.
