- Introduction into terminology of project management (PM) and project steering/project monitoring
- basics of project management and interdisciplinary demands during the entire planning process
- methodologies of PM - tasks within every project phase PPH1 to PPH5 - Interfaces to FM - Responsibilities of General Planner- introduction into BIM - systematics
- All phases of project management are discussed in detail; examples show the reality of project phases. Presentation starts with the phase of project development and further goes on to all other phases throughout to project finishing processes
- presentation supported by two beamers, examples are presented together with script content
- in writing, 3 times per semester
- script is prepared (appr. € 20.-, to be delivered by Studia) incl. appendix showing different examples and charts - presentation charts distributed by OLAT - handouts as necessary
