winter semester 2024/2025 | Last update: 16.12.2024 | Place course on memo listThe students know central notions and positions in the philosophy of science and its history; they understand their relevance for various fields of theology and philosophy (or for the other fields to which their dissertation topics belong).
General philosophy of science and its history, with special attention to the needs in interdisciplinary dialogue; critical reflection of one’s own scholarly work; gender aspects in the scholarly fields.
Lecture with discussion. The lecture will be in presence mode, in case of deteriorating epidemiological conditions it will also be recorded or transferred to the internet. Students who cannot attend for medical reasons are requested to contact the instructor.
