The seminar enables participants to perceive different group situations appropriately, to lead competently and to work on topics in a targeted manner.

Leading groups is part of the "daily bread" in school and non-school education (adult education, association work, pastoral care, ...). The seminar teaches basic skills for leading groups such as facilitation and conflict mediation as well as the necessary tools (visualization, flipchart design, feedback, decision-making, ...), which can be used in various group and event settings (meeting, team meeting, presentation, ...) in a meaningful way. Elements from other methods such as open space, art of hosting or for activating groups will be presented.

The focus of the work in the living experiential space of the group is the attention for a development-promoting communication - with its resources, charisms and limits.

Short presentations/impulses, practical exercises, simple role plays, community-building rituals, feedback on own practice
