The galician nun Egeria made a 4 year pilgrimage to holy land around 384 CE. One year she spent in Jerusalem participating at the jerusalemite holy liturgies. About the whole trip she wrote a report called Egeria's Itinerary. Within it she made well descriptions of the jerusalemite churches and the liturgy celebrated there. From this Itinerary we learm a lot of 4th century jerusalemite liturgy as well as christian architecture.
