A brief insight into the practical questions of corporate and social law.

The lecture will deal with current practice examples from the Commercial Register Department of the Regional Court of Innsbruck with a focus on corporate law issues (in particular corporate law and the reorganization facts, ie merger, division, transformation, contribution, merger, real division).
Also planned is an excursion to the commercial register of the regional court Innsbruck with representation of the structure and the mode of operation of the business register database and electronic document collection.
