Students are aware of the interaction between audiovisual media and print/online media. They can apply their knowledge in a goal-oriented manner to practical media examples for the respective playout channels.  One of these channels is radio with its respective special features. The focus is on creating their own radio report in cooperation with Radio Freirad.

Students learn the essential characteristics of radio, television and online media. The focus is then on making their own radio contribution and creating a joint broadcast in cooperation with Radio Freirad. This is followed by the creation of a short television script and the respective online marketing of the radio contribution.

Theoretical and practical input, making your own radio report (research, writing technique, editing, dubbing).  Team Work (compilation of the broadcast)

Production of own radio report within the framework of a 1-2 hour broadcast. Assessment criteria: Scientific synopsis as the basis for the contribution, including sources; effort (inclusion of at least three different recordings), creativity, time management (adherence to guidelines and submissions), teamwork. Preparation of the final television script based on the content of the radio program.
