Students will improve their understanding and knowledge of significant events and important people of French cultural history

We will focus on intellectual, historical and literary movements and art in France.

Lecture; eventually reading tasks

Oral exam (two repetitions possible).

All course materials and assignments will be made available on OLAT.

In order to attend this course, students need to have passed the compulsory module 4 or 7.

Until successful completion of the entrance and orientation phase of studies (StEOP), students may not acquire more than a maximum of 22 ECTS points overall.
