Students can explain approaches, concepts, theories and principles of computer science didactics in a scientifically sound manner, assess and argue their effectiveness in the classroom and apply them in the context of teaching computer science or basic digital education. 

The course deals with computer science as a teaching subject. It deals with the basic didactic principles of computer science teaching, more recent approaches to computer science didactics, methods of concept orientation, lesson planning, learning objective monitoring, methodological guiding principles of lesson design and instructional design.
