Participants of this course should understand the content of the course and should be able to reproduce and utilize it, especially the parts intended to be used in school. In addition, they should collect basic knowledge in nuclear and particle physics.

Properties of nuclei, nuclear decay and radioactivity, scattering processes, nuclear forces, nuclear reactions; the standard model, elementary particles, relativistic kinematics, concept of invariant mass, particle interactions, accelerators and detectors.
