Students recognize and learn about current challenges in the excursion region from the perspective of human-technology-environment research. Geographical issues are critically reflected on site and illustrated using current examples.
The excursion shows the regional geographical characteristics, examines current dynamics of geographical processes, land cover and land use changes and establishes links to the Alpine region.
For further preparation, Spanish courses can be attended at the language center (https://www.uibk.ac.at/sprachenzentrum/semesterkurse/).
