Autonomous aquisition of basis data that will be used in the modelling of natural hazard processes and in the risk zonation.
The students know the basics of modern risk based natural hazard research and are within this context able to capture, edit and manage data systematically.
Within a practical example the students are trained to capture and edit data from different analogue and digital archives.
- Mapping in the field and acquisition of relevant data for process modelling
- Systematic acquisition and management of mapping results in Geographic Information Systems and further usage of the data in the modelling of natural hazard processes
- Modelling of natural hazard processes
combined
Will be discussed in the lessons.
