Learning Outcome:

The students are able to understand group dynamics and influence them towards a positive work and learning atmosphere. By the end, students will be able to draw upon a wide range of methods. Additionally, they can reflect on their own character within the group. In doing so, they become aware of their personal resources and can effectively utilize them in teams for work or learning success.

Contents:

Insights into systemic role and group process theories. Experience-oriented content, reflection techniques, practical application of the theoretically acquired knowledge.

Methods:

Independent experimentation with various exercises. Organizing, guiding, and developing one's own exercise content

Assessment:

Attendance, practical implementation, and written elaboration of a developed exercise task with the attending students.

Literature:

Will be discussed as part of the first session.
