Learning Outcome:

The graduates of the module understand the system of social health and accident insurance in Austria and the relationship between social security institutions and their contractual partners. You also know the legal framework of private health insurance and the relevant insurance contract law. They are also familiar with the relationship between social and private insurance law and the functions of the two types of insurance in financing healthcare.
