Learning Outcome: Basic principles of the design and construction of infrastructure and assessment of their environ-mental impact. Detailed study of hydraulic, geotechnical, environmental, transport related and process engineering aspects.

Learning Outcome: Foundations of numerical mathematics and the finite element method (FEM); applying FEM for the linear analysis of the load carrying behaviour of 2D and 3D structures.
Module Innovative Building Materials, Construction Techniques and Structures 1 (IBBK1), (10 ECTS-Credits, 8 h) (no courses)
Prerequisites for registration: none
Learning Outcome: Solving realistic problems in project development, design, construction and realization of load-bearing structures up to their delivery and use, with special emphasis on the material concrete and the legal aspects of each stage of the project.
