Gender, Work and Organization (10 ECTS-Credits, 4 h)
Prerequisites for registration: Positive completion of the compulsory modules according to § 7 Para 1 and 2, of the elective module according to § 8 Para 1 No 1, i.e. "Intercultural Brand Building" or of the elective module according to § 8 Para 2 No 1, i.e. "Managing Knowledge and Innovation" or of the elective module according to § 8 Para 3 No 1, i.e. "Tourism and Leisure Industry" and of one more modules from the elective modules according to § 8 Para 1, 2 or 3.
Learning Outcome: Die Studierenden erwerben die Fähigkeit zur Beurteilung der genderspezifischen Auswirkungen von Praktiken des Organisierens und zur Identifikation geeigneter Gestaltungsmaßnahmen auf der Grundlage von Kenntnissen der geschlechterspezifizierenden und diversitätsbezogenen Organisationsforschung.
