Learning Outcome: Acquisition of additional and enhancing competences and skills for other scientific disciplines.
A total of 7.5 ECTS-Credits in teaching units can be obtained from the Bachelor Studies run from the curricula of the University of Innsbruck.

Learning Outcome: Acquisition of a well-founded basic knowledge and enhanced awareness of Late Antiquity and the Early Middle Ages as well as of the archaeology of the Middle Ages and of Modern Times.

Learning Outcome: The acquisition of key qualifications needed for the successful completion of pro-seminars and seminars; the acquisition of communicative and presentational competencies, knowledge and practical use of subject-specific working methods as well as the fundamental rules of academic work.
Module 5: Introduction to the Study of History II: Theories, Methods and History of the Historical Sciences (7.5 ECTS-Credits, 4 h)

Learning Outcome: Insights into the conditionality of one¿s own previous understanding of history and into the border limits set between an academic subject and a popular science and in the initial orientation of the sub-disciplines of the subject and its limits: an understanding of the scientific nature of the subject; develop an understanding of philosophical-historical issues; key qualification: methodological competence.
