First and Second Foreign Business Language for IWW (7.5 ECTS-Credits, 4h)

Prerequisites for registration: Knowledge of the respective language corresponding to the school-leaving level of Austrian general or vocational secondary schools.

Learning Outcome: Students acquire the competence to communicate (orally and in writing) in the respective foreign business language.

Mathematics (7.5 ECTS-Credits, 4 h)

Prerequisites for registration: none

Learning Outcome: Students gain an overview of mathematics and acquire the competence to analyze, discuss, and develop possible solutions to mathematical issues.

Statistical Data Analysis (7.5 ECTS-Credits, 4 h)

Prerequisites for registration: Positive completion of the compulsory module "Mathematics" referred to in § 5 Para 1 No 15.

Learning Outcome: Students gain an overview of statistics, acquire the competence to analyze, discuss, and develop possible solutions to elementary statistical issues, and get to know suitable statistics software.

Law for Management and Economics (7.5 ECTS-Credits, 4 h)

Prerequisites for registration: none

Learning Outcome: Students acquire basic knowledge of law especially in regard to business transactions.
