Privatissima according to § 6a (4 h)
Admission to the doctoral thesis defense requires the successful completion of 2 seminars (= research seminars with discussions as well as oral and written student contributions) and of 2 special research seminars ["Privatissima"] - in detail: a) the positive completion of - one special research seminar in the methodology of the social and economic sciences (2 sem h) and - one special research seminar in methods of empirical social research (2 sem h) or one special research seminar in empirical social research (2 SES); b) the positive completion of - one seminar from the subject area of the dissertation (2 sem h) and - one seminar from the subject area of the social or economic sciences; this seminar may not belong to the group of subjects (management, economics, social sciences) that the subject of the dissertation belongs to (2 sem h). c) positive evaluation of the dissertation.
