Module 3: Sports Sociology/Sports Psychology (7.5 ECTS-Credits, 4 h)
Prerequisites for registration: none
Learning Outcome: Knowledge and critical evaluation of the relationships, evaluation and establishment of sport in society, culture and politics; assessment of the social functions and structures of sport awareness of the many-sided processes of sport, perception processes, thinking and emotional processes and their effects on sporting action and competitiveness; a critical estimate of the influence of sporting action on people¿s physical condition.
Module 4: Kinesiology (7.5 ECTS-Credits, 3 h)

Prerequisites for registration: Positive completion of compulsory modules 1 and 2.
Learning Outcome: To know and to understand the structure and content of kinesiology; knowledge of the biological fundamentals of movement, application of the research methods of kinesiology, knowledge of the models controlling and regulating the principles of human activity, knowledge of motor learning skills and movement qualities, motor learning knowledge.
Module 5: Additional Medical Basics (5 ECTS-Credits, 3 h)
Prerequisites for registration: Positive completion of compulsory modules 1 and 2.
Learning Outcome: Knowledge and assessment of the multiple healthy ways to influence the human organism on the sports field through the environment and behaviour, theoretical and practical First Aid knowledge of accidents and emergencies.
Module 6: Research Methods (7.5 ECTS-Credits, 3 h)
Prerequisites for registration: Positive completion of compulsory modules 1, 2 and 4.
Learning Outcome: Knowledge of research methods of sport science, the creation of simple models for empirical surveys, competence in the application of data-specific methods of analysis.
Module 7: Training Sciences (7.5 ECTS-Credits, 3 h)
Prerequisites for registration: Positive completion of compulsory modules 1, 2 and 4.
Learning Outcome: Knowledge, understanding and practical competence in the training process of motor activity skills with various target groups, the ability to analyse critically and apply a knowledge of training science in its practical use in everyday training.
Module 8: Applied Training Sciences (12.5 ECTS-Credits, 7 h)
Prerequisites for registration: Positive completion of compulsory modules 1 to 4 and 7.
Learning Outcome: Knowledge of procedures and measures of general and sport-specific performance diagnostic, knowledge of the peculiarities of competitive sport with children, IT-assisted analysis of movement techniques; the mediation of competences for the planning, design, and implementation of exercise and training units in highly-competitive sport fitness and health sports; interpretation of achievement diagnostical data and creation of individual training advice to different target groups; knowledge of continuing training science problem issues in selected sports.
Module 9: Sport Education (10 ECTS-Credits, 5 h)
Prerequisites for registration: Positive completion of compulsory modules 1, 2 and 4.
Learning Outcome: To know and understand the problem areas and the structure of sport education, knowledge of the basic scientific concepts of the subject and research methods, awareness and assessment of the socio-cultural and anthropological bases of the aims of sport education and their justification; ability to analyse and assess the educational value of sporting activities; knowledge of the anthropological features of sporting action over a lifespan; ability to set up age and gender-oriented and competitive sporting and movement activities.
Module 10: Applied Sport Psychology and Sociology (7.5 ECTS-Credits, 4 h)
Prerequisites for registration: Positive completion of compulsory modules 1 and 3.
Learning Outcome: Ability to apply psychological and sociological sport knowledge in competitive and health sports; knowledge and application of sport-specific theories of motivation, cognition and emotion; Use of psychological and sociological sport diagnostics and intervention techniques in health and competitive sports.
Module 11: Biomechanics (7.5 ECTS-Credits, 3 h)
Prerequisites for registration: Positive completion of compulsory modules 1, 2 and 4.
Learning Outcome: Basic knowledge of kinematics and kinetics, application of bio-mechanical test methods in sport, knowledge of the mechanical features of bones, gristle, filaments, ligaments and muscles, knowledge of the burdening of the musculoskeletal system in sporting activities and of injury mechanics; knowledge of bio-mechanical aspects of sporting achievement.
Module 12: Prevention: Muscoloskeletal System/Motor Learning (12.5 ECTS-Credits, 7 h)
Prerequisites for registration: Positive completion of compulsory modules 1, 2, 4 , 5 and 7.
Learning Outcome: Epistemological knowledge of weaknesses, damage and injuries to the supporting apparatus and the locomotor system, knowledge of movement deficits and disturbances from a neuro-physiological and a motor learning point of view, knowledge of the preventative effects and promise of movement with deficits of the supporting apparatus and the locomotor system.
Module 13: Prevention: Cardiovascular and Pulmonary System/Metabolism (10 ECTS-Credits, 5 h)
Prerequisites for registration: Positive completion of compulsory modules 1, 2, 4 and 7.
Learning Outcome: Enhanced knowledge of epistemological data on the heart circulation, breathing, metabolism-related conditions and their causes; knowledge of basic preventative and therapeutical measures, the ability to do the practical planning and realisation of preventative programmes, critical assessment and trends in preventative possibilities of various suppliers.
Module 14: Seminar with Bachelor Thesis: Health and Competitive Sports (10 ECTS-Credits, 2 h)
Prerequisites for registration: Positive completion of compulsory modules 1 to 4, 6 to 9, 11 to 14 and four modules out of "Theory-Based Training".
Learning Outcome: The ability to write a Bachelor's Thesis on a relevant problem following the current scientific rules and present the results.
Module 15: Didactics (7.5 ECTS-Credits, 4 h)
Prerequisites for registration: Positive completion of compulsory modules 1,2, 4 to 7, 9, 12, 13 and five modules out of "Theory-Based Training" (Modules 16 to 21).
Learning Outcome: Knowledge and realisation of the movement and training programmes with varying aims and target groups following the didactical guidelines and assessment of perception purposes in communication; communicative competence, knowledge and assessment of structures and decision processes in sport science application and occupational fields.
Module 16: Theory-Based Training in Skiing (7.5 ECTS-Credits, 4 h)
Prerequisites for registration: Positive completion of compulsory modules 1, 2, 4 and 7.
Learning Outcome: Knowledge and analysis from a didactic movement and training science perspective of basic motor abilities and skills through personal experience; competition rules, mastery of the important techniques, assessment of the dangers, critical evaluation of sports equipment.
Module 17: Theory-Based Training in Alpine Sports (7.5 ECTS-Credits, 5 h)
Prerequisites for registration: Positive completion of compulsory module 16.
Learning Outcome: Knowledge and analysis from a didactic movement and training science perspective of basic motor abilities and skills through personal experience; competition rules, mastery of the important techniques, assessment of the dangers, critical evaluation of the sports equipment.
Module 18: Theory-Based Training in Ball Sports/Active Games (10 ECTS-Credits, 6 h)

Learning Outcome: Knowledge and analysis from a didactic movement and training science perspective of basic motor abilities and skills through personal experience; mastery of the important techniques, assessment of the dangers, knowledge of the rules, refereeing.
Module 19: Theory-Based Training in Basic Sports (10 ECTS-Credits, 7 h)
