Prerequisites for registration: Positive completion of the mandatory courses referred to in § 7 (1.2 to 1.5).
Learning Outcome: An intensive knowledge of selected financial reporting aspects.
Elective Module 3: Interdisciplinary Perspectives on Accounting (10 ECTS-Credits, 4 h) (no courses)
Prerequisites for registration: Positive completion of the mandatory courses referred to in § 7 (1.2 to 1.5).
Learning Outcome: Intensive knowledge of how accounting is embedded in its institutional and societal contexts; reflection on the relationship between accounting, organization and Society.
Elective Module 4: Current Topics of Information Systems, Especially Social Aspects of Information Systems (10 ECTS-Credits, 4 h) (no courses)
Prerequisites for registration: Positive completion of the mandatory courses referred to in § 7 (1.2 to 1.5).
Learning Outcome: After completion of the course, students should be able to understand, reproduce und apply the lecture content. They should have acquired the competence to work independently with similar content.
Elective Module 8: HRM and Organization (10 ECTS-Credits, 4 h) (no courses)
Prerequisites for registration: Positive completion of the mandatory courses referred to in § 7 (1.2 to 1.5).
Learning Outcome: Developing an understanding of alternatives how HR work can be designed and developed; along with the competence to analyze HR practices based on various perspectives from the social sciences.
Elective Module 9: Organizational Communication and Governance (10 ECTS-Credits, 4 h) (no courses)
Prerequisites for registration: Positive completion of the mandatory courses referred to in § 7 (1.2 to 1.5).
Learning Outcome: The skill to interact competently with stakeholders based on knowledge about stakeholder management, internal and external communication along with the design of governance structures and processes in organizations.
Elective Module 10: Current Issues in Theory and Practice of Organizations (10 ECTS-Credits, 4 h) (no courses)
Prerequisites for registration: Positive completion of the mandatory courses referred to in § 7 (1.2 to 1.5).
Learning Outcome: The ability to reflect critically on selected aspects of organization studies based on detailed knowledge gained during the course.
Elective Module 12: Game Theory (10 ECTS-Credits, 4 h) (no courses)
Prerequisites for registration: Positive completion of the mandatory courses referred to in § 7 (1.2 to 1.5).
Learning Outcome: Acquisition of advanced knowledge in the field of non-cooperative game theory; development of skills to discuss and solve advanced game theoretic problems.
Elective Module 13: Entrepreneurship (10 ECTS-Credits, 4 h) (no courses)

Learning Outcome: Students develop the competence to design and implement entrepreneurial ventures.
Elective Module 14: Marketing Performance Management (10 ECTS-Credits, 4 h) (no courses)
Prerequisites for registration: Positive completion of the mandatory courses referred to in § 7 (1.2 to 1.5).
Learning Outcome: Students develop an understanding of marketing performance indicators with an emphasis on customer equity, brand equity and benchmarking and apply them when planning marketing measures.
Elective Module 15: Current Topics in Strategy and Marketing (10 ECTS-Credits, 4 h) (no courses)
Prerequisites for registration: Positive completion of the mandatory courses referred to in § 7 (1.2 to 1.5).
Learning Outcome: Students acquire the competence to critically reflect on and apply new concepts, techniques and methods in strategy and marketing.
Elective Module 16: Creativity and Change Management (10 ECTS-Credits, 4 h) (no courses)
Prerequisites for registration: Positive completion of the mandatory courses referred to in § 7 (1.2 to 1.5).
Learning Outcome: Students develop the competence to design and foster creative processes and to trigger and implement change in a sustainable manner.
Elective Module 18: Human Relation Management (II); Employment-Oriented Consulting (5 ECTS-Credits, 3 h) (no courses)
Prerequisites for registration: Positive completion of the mandatory courses referred to in § 7 (1.2 to 1.5).
Learning Outcome: Students reflect on different concepts of career counseling and develop competences to cope with concrete counseling situations in the light of their reflections.
