Learning Outcome: Intensive knowledge of how accounting is embedded in its institutional and societal contexts; reflection on the relationship between accounting, organization and society.
Elective Module 4: Corporate Valuation (5 ECTS-Credits, 2 h) (no courses)

Learning Outcome: An understanding of the theoretical principles required for analyzing and assessing the value of enterprises, along with the central factors influencing corporate valuation. The competence to apply analysis and valuation approaches.

Learning Outcome: An understanding of the theoretical principles and significance of information processing in general and with regard to financial markets in particular. The ability to assess the implications of information uncertainty in financial markets.
Elective Module 6: Applied Risk Management (5 ECTS-Credits, 2 h) (no courses)

Learning Outcome: An understanding of the theoretical principles of risk management, focusing on market and credit risks. The competence to apply modern approaches of risk
assessment on both the individual transaction and portfolio level. The ability to assess
regulatory conditions when dealing with aspects of risk Management.
Elective Module 7: Current Topics in Banking and Finance (5 ECTS-Credits, 2 h) (no courses)
Prerequisites for registration: Positive completion of the mandatory courses referred to in § 7 (2 and 3).
Learning Outcome: An understanding of the significance of current developments in banking and finance. The competence to evaluate these developments against a background of
theoretical, practical and ethical considerations.
Elective Module 8: Financial Regulation (5 ECTS-Credits, 2 h) (no courses)

Learning Outcome: An understanding of regulatory provisions used to control financial markets. The competence to analyze and evaluate the regulation of banks through international
coordination committees and to apply these theoretical concepts in a practical context.

Learning Outcome: Students develop an understanding of marketing performance indicators with an emphasis on customer equity, brand equity and benchmarking and apply them when
planning marketing measures.

Learning Outcome: Students acquire the competence to critically reflect on and apply new concepts, techniques and methods in strategy and marketing.
Elective Module 14: Creativity and Change Management (10 ECTS-Credits, 4 h) (no courses)

Learning Outcome: Students develop the competence to design and foster creative processes and to trigger and implement change in a sustainable manner.
Elective Module 16: Human Relation Management (II); Employment-Oriented Consulting (5 ECTS-Credits, 3 h) (no courses)
Prerequisites for registration: Positive completion of the mandatory courses referred to in § 7 (2 and 3).
Learning Outcome: Students reflect on different concepts of career counseling and develop competences to cope with concrete counseling situations in the light of their reflections.
