Learning Outcome: Students develop the ability to strategically analyze competences and markets/industries with a view to developing and implementing sustainable strategies for longterm company success.
Compulsory Module 2: Strategic Marketing and Branding (10 ECTS-Credits, 4 h)

Prerequisites for registration: Positive completion of the compulsory module referred to in § 7 (1).
Learning Outcome: Students develop the competence of strategic analysis and decisionmaking in marketing and branding.
Compulsory Module 3: Market Research (10 ECTS-Credits, 4 h)

Prerequisites for registration: Positive completion of the compulsory module referred to in § 7 (1).
Learning Outcome: Students develop the competence to develop empirical research designs, to evaluate them critically and to implement them.
Compulsory Module 4: Organizational Behavior (10 ECTS-Credits, 4 h)
Prerequisites for registration: Positive completion of the compulsory modules referred to in § 7 (2 and 3).
Learning Outcome: Students develop competences required for successful careers based on knowledge of group and organizational dynamics.
Compulsory Module 5: Research Colloquium for Master Thesis (5 ECTS-Credits, 1 h)
Prerequisites for registration: Positive completion of the courses referred to in § 7 (1 to 4) as well as the elective courses referred to in § 8.
Learning Outcome: Having completed the research colloquium, students are able to create the concept of a scientific study, to write it, and to present research results in different contexts.
