Compulsory Module 4: Basics of Law in Therapy Training and Sports (5 ECTS-Credits; 2 h)

Learning Outcome: Absolventinnen und Absolventen erkennen die Vielfalt rechtlicher Aspekte im Sport- und Gesundheitswesen. Sie können Rechtsfragen den Bereichen Schadenersatz, Strafrecht, Berufs- und Sozialrecht zuordnen. Sie besitzen Grundkenntnisse der rechtlichen Aspekte zur Sportausübung und Sportanleitung, Berufsrecht und Berufspflichten in der Trainingstherapie, im Gesundheits- und Leistungssport. Sie können Berufsfelder der Sportwissenschafter und angrenzende Berufe im Gesundheitswesen abgrenzen.
