Elective Module 2: Diachronic Linguistics (5 ECTS-Credits, 2 h)
Prerequisites for registration: positive completion of compulsory module 13
Learning Outcome: Students know about the evolution of the Spanish language with regards to its phonetic, morphological, syntactical and lexical development. They are familiar with the most important historic texts and the intellectual, political and social factors which had major impact on the history of the language. They understand modern language as the result of a long historic process.
