Compulsory Module 5: Electrical Engineering and Control Engineering 2 (5 ECTS-Credits, 4 h)
Prerequisites for registration: none
Learning Outcome: Students possess advanced knowledge of building elements and basic circuits of analog electronic circuit-technology; they are able to develop problem-oriented analog circuits and to dimensionalize problem specifications.
Compulsory Module 6: Mathematics and Informatics 2 (11.5 ECTS-Credits, 8 h)
Prerequisites for registration: none
Learning Outcome: Students possess in-depth knowledge of more extensive fundamentals of mathematics, geometry and informatics for a study programme of engineering science (differential calculation and integral calculation, in several changing differential equations basic; geometric objects and their qualities and relationships, reproduction methods and their application in the illustration of objects); they have an advanced understanding of the structure and functioning of computers and are capable of the application of these disciplines for the innovative solution of these problems.
Compulsory Module 7: Mechanics and Mechanical Engineering 2 (13.5 ECTS-Credits, 10 h)
Prerequisites for registration: none
Learning Outcome: Students possess advanced knowledge of the most important procedures in production technology, its possible applications, and of methodology and measurement technology; they possess the necessary competences to choose a suitable procedure for an application case, for the servicing and programming of tools and for the interpretation of the measurement results. Students can determine tensions and deformations of deformable poles as a result of static and formal demands. Students are qualified to abstract technical building parts to technical elements as for the function-appropriate choice and dimensioning of machine elements; they have advanced knowledge of the relationships of the mechanical and solidity-relevant mechanisms and of the way machine elements function.
