Compulsory Module 8: Electrical Engineering and Control Engineering 3 (8 ECTS-Credits, 6 h)
(no courses)
Prerequisites for registration: none
Learning Outcome: Students possess in-depth knowledge of the main digital building parts and the structure and analog electronic and digital circuit-technology; they are familiar with electronic circuits and their interconnection with digital building elements to form complex functional units; they can plan digital circuits on their own.
Compulsory Module 9: Mathematics and Informatics 3 (12 ECTS-Credits, 9 h)
(no courses)
Prerequisites for registration: none
Learning Outcome: Students possess in-depth knowledge of the basic concepts, methods and tools for Software-Design and Software-Engineering; they are familiar with the methods of numerical mathematics and of statistics, they possess the competence to apply these basics and concepts to solve problems and for development tasks.
Compulsory Module 10: Mechanics and Mechanical Engineering 3 (10 ECTS-Credits, 7 h)
(no courses)
Prerequisites for registration: none
Learning Outcome: Students are able to develop their own building groups and drawings and also to constructively implement the technical tasks in line with the performance and dimensional specifications of functions through the appropriate choice of suitable components and their syntheses with prototype groups and facilities and their technical representations (prototype sketches, freehand and CAD construction drawings). Students are familiar with the basics of kinematics and of the dynamics of solid and liquid bodies represented as a unit; they possess the competence to apply the principles of dynamics and kinematics to modelling problems and for the development of purpose-built computer oriented formulations and calculation models.
