Learning Outcome: After the successful completion of this module, students have an excellent knowledge of the working methods and methodology employed in legal studies. They are able to apply this knowledge both to solving central questions of legal practice and for theoretical reflection on the theory of science.
Elective Module 2: Legal Theory and Legal Ethics (4 ECTS-Credits, 2 h)

Learning Outcome: After the successful completion of this module, students possess excellent knowledge of legal theory and legal ethics; they are familiar with ethical standards as well as the general and specific principles of responsible scientific practice. Students can apply this knowledge to the solution of central questions in legal practice.
Elective Module 3: Comparative Law and foreign Legal Terminology (4 ECTS-Credits, 2 h)

Learning Outcome: After the successful completion of this module, students have an excellent command of foreign legal languages and comparative law. Students can apply this to the solution of central questions in legal practice.
