Compulsory Module 1: Introduction to Archaeological Sciences (10 ECTS-Credits, 6 h)

Learning Outcome: Gaining of basic knowledge of the most important research methods and problems of archaeological sciences;
Compulsory Module 2: Applied Archaeology I (10 ECTS-Credits,7 h)
Prerequisites for registration: positive completion of compulsory module 1
Learning Outcome: Gaining of knowledge on historic production methods and basic skills and knowledge in the fields of conservation, restoration and monument preservation.
Compulsory Module 3: Applied Archaeology II (10 ECTS-Credits, 6 h)
Prerequisites for registration: positive completion of compulsory module 1
Learning Outcome: Gaining of knowledge of the theoretical fundamentals and the most important working methods of archaeological documentation
Compulsory Module 4: Applied Archaeology III (5 ECTS-Credits, 4 h)

Learning Outcome: Gaining of knowledge of the theoretical fundamentals and most important working methods in field archaeology
Compulsory Module 5: Research in Field Archaeology (5 ECTS-Credits)

Compulsory Module 7: Documentation and Presentation of Archaeological Research including the Bachelor Thesis (20 ECTS-Credits, 1 h)

Learning Outcome: Gaining of knowledge of and practical experience in professional documentation and presentation of archaeological work by using expert literature, electronic media, papers and other publications;
