Courses

Es sind drei Seminare im Umfang von 15 ECTS-AP zu absolvieren. Diese können aus drei oder auch zwei der folgenden Kerngebiete gewählt werden: SE Alte Geschichte: (2 SSt, 5 ECTS-AP) SE Mittelalter: (2 SSt, 5 ECTS-AP) SE Neuzeit: (2 SSt, 5 ECTS-AP) SE Wirtschafts- und Sozialgeschichte: (2 SSt, 5 ECTS-AP) SE Österreichische Geschichte: (2 SSt, 5 ECTS-AP) SE Zeitgeschichte: (2 SSt, 5 ECTS-AP) Intensivierung fachspezifischer Kenntnisse durch Auseinandersetzung mit einem Themenfeld aus einem der sechs historischen Kerngebiete.

Module 4: Advanced Topics (15 ECTS-Credits, 6 h)

Prerequisites for registration: none

Learning Outcome: Die Studierenden setzen sich mit neuen Themenstellungen aus den gewählten Kerngebieten auseinander. Sie verstehen und beurteilen diese und argumentieren darüber im Hinblick auf die wissenschaftlichen Dynamiken und Trends des jeweiligen Kerngebiets. Sie erfassen Stärken und Schwächen der unterschiedlichen methodischen Zugänge. Sie entwickeln Kompetenzen zur eigenständigen Formulierung von historischen Fragestellungen und Schlussfolgerungen.
