Compulsory Module 21: Strenghts of Materials and Manufacturing Techniques (7.5 ECTS-Credits, 6 h)
Prerequisites for registration: positive completion of Studies Induction and Orientation Stage
Learning Outcome: Students -are familiar with the different types of tool machines and their fields of application. -are able to make simple NC programmes and to implement them on a tool machine. -know the theoretical fundamentals of the Finite Element Method and have the compe-tence to apply numeric solving processes to tasks of mechatronics. -are able to safely assess the practical application possibilities and limits of these processes.
