Learning Outcome: Students are able to describe the subject of German as a Foreign and a Second Language. They are able to identify, differentiate and assess important subfields of didactics and methodology. They have a command of the criteria for describing and analysing teaching. They know important sections of the grammar of the German Language and are able to use this knowledge for developing teaching perspectives.
