Learning Outcome: Students - have a profound knowledge of information systems, booking and yield management, online communication concepts, methods and tools of E-tourism, - know the available framework for announcing journeys and hotel booking, - know methods, tools and strategic guidelines for improving income management and for increasing the number of bookings, - are able to critically examine the opportunities relating to online communication and customer retention on new Internet platforms and in new channels.
