Learning Outcome: Graduates
- are able to assess the importance of career choice for successful identity formation of the pupils;
- have the skills to characterize occupational fields and occupations;
- have the knowledge with regards to qualifications and chances in relation to training possibilities;
- are able to present and explain different educational offers and paths and related requirements and possibilities for the choice of occupation;
- are able to encourage pupils to reflect on their gender-specific socialization and its effect on the choice of profession and life planning and to support them in doing so;
- have a fundamental knowledge of Gender and Diversity and know the most important information centres.
