Compulsory Module 1: Introduction to Economic Law (5 ECTS-Credits, 2 h)

Learning Outcome: After successful completion of this module, students have an overview of the main legal contents of the study programme.
Compulsory Module 2: Labour and Social Law (12.5 ECTS-Credits, 6 h)
Prerequisites for registration: none
Learning Outcome: After successful completion of this module, students have scientific and professional
knowledge in labour law and basic skills in social law.
Compulsory Module 3: Private Law (22,5 ECTS-Credits, 13 h)
Prerequisites for registration: none
Learning Outcome: After successful completion of this module, students have scientific and professional
knowledge in private law including cross-border issues, with the exception of family law and the law of succession.
Compulsory Module 4: Introduction to Civil Procedure Law (2.5 ECTS-Credits, 2 h)
Prerequisites for registration: none
Learning Outcome: After successful completion of this module, students have basic knowledge in civil procedure law which enables them to understand the different types of civil law enforcement in their various alignment and design.
Compulsory Module 5: Eureopan Law (7.5 ECTS-Credits, 4 h)

Learning Outcome: After successful completion of this module, students have scientifically well-founded and
professional knowledge of the structure and functionality of the EU (Union law), the legal
system of the EU, including its relationships to the national law of its memberships,
illustrated by Austria; legal protection and the protection of fundamental rights in the EU, the EU internal market with its four fundamental freedoms, legal harmonization based on selected fields as well as the main features of the EU's competitive law. This knowledge imparts the ability to systematically comprehend the entire Union law and simple legal issues of the Union.
Compulsory Module 6: Constitutional and Administrative Law (15 ECTS-Credits, 8 h)
Prerequisites for registration: none
Learning Outcome: After successful completion of this module, students have basic knowledge in constitutional law, general and special administrative law, administrative procedure as well as procedure of administrative courts which enables them to systematically understand the entire public law and to solve simple public law issues.
Compulsory Module 7: Public Business Law (7.5 ECTS-Credits, 4 h)
Prerequisites for registration: none
Learning Outcome: After successful completion of this module, students have basic knowledge in the field of
public business law, in particular in competition law and legal regulation which enables them to systematically understand legal matter and to solve simple problems.
Compulsory Module 8: Tax Law (10 ECTS-Credits, 5 h)
Prerequisites for registration: none
Learning Outcome: After successful completion of this module, students are able to recognize and comply with tax obligations in terms of best compliance including the use of legal tax compliance
potentials. They are able to recognize and implement tax compliance paths within the
framework of the laws.
Compulsory Module 9: Criminal Law (10 ECTS-Credits, 6 h)
Prerequisites for registration: none
Learning Outcome: After successful completion of this module, students have scientific and professional
knowledge of substantive criminal law, in particular commercial criminal law.
Compulsory Module 10: Substantive Revenue Law (5 ECTS-Credits, 2 h)
Prerequisites for registration: none
Learning Outcome: After successful completion of this module, students have scientific and professional
knowledge of substantive revenue law.
Compulsory Module 11: Business Law (12.5 ECTS-Credits, 6 h)
Prerequisites for registration: none
Learning Outcome: After successful completion of this module, students have scientific and professional
knowledge of general business law including accounting law and company law (with the
exception of competition law. Moreover, students are introduced into the field of industrial property protection.
Compulsory Module 12: Introduction to Managements (7.5 ECTS-Credits, 4 h)
Prerequisites for registration: none
Learning Outcome: Acquisition of a basic understanding of economic thinking and management; practicing a systematic-critical approach to scientific texts; writing of own texts on the basis of scientific working methods
Compulsory Module 13: Introduction to Economics (7.5 ECTS-Credits, 4 h)

Learning Outcome: Basic understanding of the main fields of economics.
Compulsory Module 14: Accounting 1: Financial Accounting (7.5 ECTS-Credits, 4 h)
Prerequisites for registration: successful completion of compulsory modules 12 and 13
Learning Outcome: Acquisition of an overview of the field of business management, ability to analyse, discuss and solve simple issues in business management.
Compulsory Module 15: Accounting 2: Management Accounting (7.5 ECTS-Credits, 4 h)
Prerequisites for registration: successful completion of compulsory modules 12 and 13
Learning Outcome: Acquisition of basic knowledge in the field of business administration; ability to analyse,
discuss and solve simple business issues.
Compulsory Module 16: Fundamentals of Management: Financial Management (5 ECTS-Credits, 3 h)
Prerequisites for registration: successful completion of compulsory modules 12 and 13
Learning Outcome: Acquisition of basic knowledge in the field of business administration; ability to analyse,
discuss and solve simple business issues.
Compulsory Module 17: Fundamentals of Management: Organization and Human Resource Management (5 ECTS-Credits, 3 h)
Prerequisites for registration: successful completion of compulsory modules 12 and 13
Learning Outcome: Acquisition of overview knowledge in the field of business management, ability to ana-lyse, discuss and solve simple business problems
Compulsory Module 18: Seminar with Bachelor's Thesis (15 ECTS-Credits, 1 h)
Prerequisites for registration: successful completion of the compulsory module, from the subject field of which the topic for the Bachelor¿s Thesis was taken
Learning Outcome: Students are able to independently write a written thesis on a topic in the fields of com-pulsory modules of §8 No. 2 - 17 or elective modules of §9 no. 1 - 5 and are able to present the results in a lecture.
