Learning Outcome: Students have in-depth knowledge of the project pipeline and processes before the actual beginning of the construction process. They have a solid understanding of zoning and rezoning for sustainable profit. They are familiar with interdisciplinary aspects of safety and sustainability (fire protection!) in project planning and development.
