Compulsory Module 4: Methodology and Research Methods in Education (7.5 ECTS-Credits, 6h)
Prerequisites for registration: none
Learning Outcome: Die Studierenden entwickeln ein vertieftes methodisches Verständnis und wenden
ausgewählte Methoden der theoretischen, qualitativen und quantitativen Forschung auf
Fragen der Erziehungs- und Bildungswissenschaft an. Sie vergleichen verschiedene
methodologische und methodische Ansätze und beurteilen deren Vorzüge sowie
Limitationen. Weiter sind sie in der Lage, geeignete methodische Vorgehensweisen im
Hinblick auf eigene Forschungsfragen zu bestimmen; eine Studie zu planen sowie diese
methodenkritisch zu begründen.
