Elective Module 2: Art, Culture, and Expert Organizations (10 ECTS-Credits, 4 h) (no courses)
Prerequisites for registration: Positive completion of the mandatory courses referred to in § 7 (2 and 3).
Learning Outcome: Students develop the competence to understand the special characteristics of organization and management in the field of art and culture. Additionally,
other expert organizations are considered, with special regard to their development, leadership and strategy.
Elective Module 3: Gender, Work and Organization (10 ECTS-Credits, 4 h) (no courses)
Prerequisites for registration: Positive completion of the mandatory courses referred to in § 7 (2 and 3).
Learning Outcome: The skill to assess the gender-specific consequences of organizational practices and to identify suitable design measures on the basis of gender and diversity Research.
Elective Module 5: Organizational Communication and Governance (10 ECTS-Credits, 4 h) (no courses)
Prerequisites for registration: Positive completion of the mandatory courses referred to in § 7 (2 and 3).
Learning Outcome: The skill to interact competently with stakeholders based on knowledge
about stakeholder management, internal and external communication along with the design of governance structures and processes in organizations.
Elective Module 7: Accounting and Organization (10 ECTS-Credits, 4 h) (no courses)
Prerequisites for registration: Positive completion of the mandatory courses referred to in § 7 (2 and 3).
Learning Outcome: Students develop and understanding of the role and function of control and management practices in organizations and learn to reflect on them critically.
Wahlmodul 8: Interventions in Organizations (10 ECTS-Credits, 4 h) (no courses)
Prerequisites for registration: Positive completion of the mandatory courses referred to in § 7 (2 and 3).
Learning Outcome: Competence to analyze and systematically categorize context and
situation-specific methods of organizational consulting, based on knowledge of different forms of intervention, their conditions as well as their effects.
