Prerequisites for registration: positive Beurteilung des Pflichtmoduls Grundlagen des Managements: Strategie und Marketing und von weiteren vier Pflichtmodulen aus dem betriebswirtschaftlichen Kernbereich gemäß § 5 Abs. 1
Learning Outcome: Erwerb von Spezialwissen des Dienstleistungs- und Tourismusmanagements sowie der psychologischen Grundlagen des Dienstleistungskonsums, Vertiefung der theoretischen Inhalte durch Lösung praktischer Problemstellungen, Erwerb von Methoden-, Präsentationsund Kommunikationskompetenzen
