Compulsory Modules (152.5 ECTS-Credits)
Students must do two Bachelor Theses in the framework of a teaching unit with continuous assessment from two different compulsory modules of compulsory modules 4 to 15 and 17 to 19.

Compulsory Module 1: Overview and Introduction (2.5 ECTS-Credits, 2 h) (no courses)
Prerequisites for registration: none
Learning Outcome: Initial orientation into the methods and content of the BA programme. Overview of the individual subjects. First encounter with the tools and methods of scientific work.
Compulsory Module 9: Psychology (7.5 ECTS-Credits, 4 h) (no courses)
Prerequisites for registration: none
Learning Outcome: Orientation knowledge concerning the difference between psychological knowledge that is based on inter-subjectivity testable observations and findings and scientifically indefensible psychological claims.
Compulsory Module 12: Philosophical Anthropology (7.5 ECTS-Credits, 4 h) (no courses)
Prerequisites for registration: Positive completion of compulsory module 2 (Foundations: Logic - Metaphysics - Philosophical Anthropology - Ethics).
Learning Outcome: Knowledge and competence for a critical encounter with traditional and current interpretations of human beings.
Compulsory Module 13: Philosophical Ethics (7.5 ECTS-Credits, 4 h) (no courses)
Prerequisites for registration: Positive completion of compulsory module 2 (Foundations: Logic - Metaphysics - Philosophical Anthropology - Ethics).
Learning Outcome: Understanding of and competence in a critical examination of philosophical texts about ethics from the past and the present; a competent encounter with questions of applied ethics.
Compulsory Module 17: Religions in History and Present Times (10 ECTS-Credits, 6 h) (no courses)
Prerequisites for registration: none
Learning Outcome: The ability to honour critically the meanings of religion in society in the mediation of interreligious competence, for example in a comprehensive school, following integrational and peace promoting steps.
