Compulsory Module 6: Slavonic Linguistics ¿ Basic Skills (7.5 ECTS-Credits, 4 h)

Learning Outcome: Students are able to present and explain the linguistic and non-linguistic factors that have influenced the development of the modern Slavonic standard languages, especially Russian.
Compulsory Module 7: Slavonic Linguistics ¿ Core Skills (5 ECTS-Credits, 4 h)
Prerequisites for registration: none
Learning Outcome: With the example of Slavonic languages, students learn basic philological working tech-niques and about basic issues. They are able to describe Russian language with regards to phonology and phonetics.
Compulsory Module 8: Slavonic Linguistics ¿ Advanced Skills (7.5 ECTS-Credits, 4 h)
Prerequisites for registration: successful completion of compulsory module 7
Learning Outcome: Students are able to analyse selected phenomena of the Russian language as compared to German and other Slavonic languages, to describe pertinent research and use their knowledge for finding solutions to specific questions.
Compulsory Module 9: Slavonic Linguistics ¿ Reading (7.5 ECTS-Credits, 1 h)
Prerequisites for registration: none
Learning Outcome: Students are able to present and explain different approached towards research in the area of Slavonic linguistics.
