Learning Outcome: Students possess in-depth knowledge of various damage mechanisms of materials and are able to assess building damage and condition competently. They have the knowledge and abilities to apply analytic methods to determine material composition and analyze damage.

Learning Outcome: Students are familiar with various construction site situations in different phases of projects. After visiting a project, students are able to evaluate it according to quality standards, time parameters and the technologies applied.
