Learning Outcome: The students have advanced their competence in cultural studies through thorough study of different genres, epochs and regions of Classical Archaeology. Archaeological evidence and research literature were independently analysed, methodically evaluated and theoretically reflected, especially in interaction with historical-literary sources. This includes not only the critical examination of new and unfamiliar topics as well as current research trends and controversies, but also the ability to independently formulate overarching as well as context-bound historical questions and conclusions, which was demonstrated by the independent interpretation and presentation of research-relevant theories on concrete topics.
Aus dem Masterstudium Archäologien in der jeweils aktuellen Fassung sind aus dem Themenbereich Klassische Archäologie weitere Lehrveranstaltungen im Ausmaß von 25 ECTS-AP zu absolvieren, welche im Lehrveranstaltungsverzeichnis besonders gekennzeichnet sind.
