Compulsory Module 3: Communication and Conflict (10 ECTS-Credits, 3 h)
Prerequisites for registration: Positive completion of the mandatory course referred to in § 7 (1).
Learning Outcome: The skill to assess and respond to organizational conflict situations, along with the development of communicative competence in different contexts based on knowledge about the origins and development of intra-personal, inter-personal and grouprelated conflicts.
