Moreover, the following applies: - Students of the Bachelor¿s Programme in History and the Secondary School Teacher Training Programme in History and Social Studies can select another elective module instead of compulsory module 1. If they nevertheless want to integrate compulsory module 1 in their study programme, they may only select courses from b.

Compulsory module 1: Austrian History - A Construction (10 ECTS-Credits, 5 h)

Prerequisites for registration: none

Learning Outcome: Students have advanced knowledge of Austrian history and contemporary history based on central issues and guidelines.They can analyse and deconstruct historical sources and representations of Austrian history and contemporary history using relevant auxiliary scientific methods and current theoretical-methodological approaches. They have advanced skills in presenting historical contexts in oral and written form.
