Elective module 1: Digital Cultural Data and History (5 ECTS-Credits)
Prerequisites for registration: none
Learning Outcome: Students are able to reflectively apply the digital competence they have learned in the area of research design, analysis and (digital) presentation. They recognise and operate with the learned, subject-specific topics, terms, digital methods and analyses. They apply their analytical potential to research fields in the historical sciences and know their basic features and tendencies.
Elective module 2: Digital Cultural Data and Ethnology (5 ECTS-Credits)

Learning Outcome: Students are able to reflectively apply the digital competence they have acquired in the area of research design, analysis and (digital) presentation. They recognise and operate with the learned, subject-specific topics, terms, digital methods and analyses. They apply their analytical potential to fields of research in ethnology and know their basic features and tendencies.
Elective module 3: Digital Cultural Data and Archaeology (5 ECTS-Credits)
Prerequisites for registration: none
Learning Outcome: The students are able to deal with new topics in the field of Digital Archaeology, taking into account methodological aspects and current research trends and to carry out independent scientific work. They master the material taught, grasp the strengths and weaknesses of different methodological approaches and can deal with these in application-related questions, critically reflect on them and draw conclusions.
Elective module 4: Digital Cultural Data and Ethics (5 ECTS-Credits)
Prerequisites for registration: none
Learning Outcome: Students recognise selected issues and critical topics of digitisation relevant to the humanities and cultural studies, and they are able to link and discuss them with general ethical and legal aspects of the same.
Elective module 5: Internship (5 ECTS-Credits)

Learning Outcome: The students apply the methods learned and the theoretically acquired knowledge in a professional environment. They understand the digital requirements and conditions of digital humanities and cultural studies and are able to transfer them to a professional and/or academic environment.
